Meet the Baton Rouge Crew
Ascent Epoxy Baton Rouge is a professional epoxy flooring contractor serving the greater Baton Rouge metropolitan area. Houston leads the local installation crew — the same team on every project, from first assessment to final walkthrough.
Houston's crew works exclusively with Louisiana concrete. They know slab-on-grade construction, high water tables, and the moisture dynamics that make coating work here fundamentally different from drier markets. Every installation is planned around Baton Rouge's conditions — not a generic playbook from Phoenix or Denver.
After the 2016 floods damaged 146,000 homes across the state, thousands of slabs across East Baton Rouge, Livingston, and Ascension parishes absorbed moisture that still affects coating adhesion today. Houston's team knows when a slab needs extended moisture testing, diamond grinding, or vapor barrier priming before any epoxy goes down. That's the difference between a floor that lasts and one that peels.
What We Stand For
The principles behind every floor we install in Baton Rouge.
Local Expertise
We know Louisiana's climate, slab-on-grade construction, and the moisture challenges unique to East Baton Rouge, Livingston, and Ascension parishes. Every installation starts with conditions-specific surface prep — because what works in a dry climate will fail in Baton Rouge's 74% average humidity.
Quality Materials
We use professional-grade epoxy systems engineered for high-humidity environments — never consumer-grade DIY kits. Our coatings, primers, and topcoats are selected specifically for performance in Louisiana's demanding conditions.
Free On-Site Estimates
We come out, measure your space and look at the slab, then give you an exact price with no obligation. No bait-and-switch quotes, no hidden fees, and no surprise costs after work begins. See what sets the price.
Guaranteed Work
Every installation comes with a written warranty that spells out exactly what is covered, what is not, and how to file a claim. Clear terms, no fine print, and a local team that stands behind the work.
Ascent Epoxy operates across the United States through a network of local expert installers — each held to the same standards of quality, communication, and accountability. In Baton Rouge, Houston and his crew are the local team behind the brand.
The Ascent Epoxy model combines national-level quality standards and customer service guarantees with a crew that actually lives and works in your market. Houston handles every project from consultation through final walkthrough — no subcontractors, no strangers showing up at your door.
